I am looking to buy a 1995 Kubota B2150 with a 60" belly mower. It is 4WD and has 661 hours on it. What would be a
fair price? It appears to be in very good condition.
Thanks for any help.
Richard

Well, It could come in handy mowing around my pond, which has a slippery slope. Also, I thought it could do other things, such as light gardening, scraping with a blade, maybe even run a small bush hog or tiller. Is it not enough tractor for these jobs? I guess a loader is out of the question?

If time hadn't past the B-2150 would be the new B-2630 that was just introduced. They are both about the same horsepower offering three range hydro'swhich is great for all types of yard chores. The middle range will be the most used of all as the upper is like a road gear and low produces tons of torque for pulling stumps or working with a loader. The loader could easily be aquired new after-market and would be far easier to find then a factory original. I would be sure not to exceed the factory specs so you won't break the front end. Your hydraulic power is also reduced from the newer models. ....

Well Art, I bought it. Got it for 6500 with the mower and a grader blade. I think I did ok, it was well maintained. What kind of after market loader would you recommend for it? And where might I find one? I live in Florida.
Thanks for all your help.
Ps, I thought a post hole digger and a lift boom would be a plus too, if you have any thoughts on this.

I'd want to do some shopping to be sure you can work all the options that you might need. my favorite post hole agers here in NY are hydralic run so you can reverse them when you get to a stone and one mounted off the loader frame also allows some down pressure. With a loader you have a lift and if you went three point hitch on the post hole auger many of them can also be used as a crane. You did well on your purchase. We sell Bush Hog and Great Bend for after market as well as ALO loaders. It maytake a day to get to the books that I need but I'll see which is the best value. Do you know what your local dealers sell? You will be around 3000 plus or minus can you mount it? ....

Thanks for your help, Art. I'm not sure what is available here locally, but I know there is a Kubota and a John Deere dealer here. I will have to check with them. I think I can mount it, but I havent actually done one, but I'm pretty mechanical. Sounds like a loader with a post hole hydraulic digger mounted on the loader is the way to go. I apppreciate you checking for me, as I have no clue which ones are good or which to stay away from. I'm excited about going to work with that baby! I pick it up tonight.
